WHAT DO I BUILD?

My initial response to this question is, "Well for starters, a garage/workshop" but it started much earlier in life.  As long as I can remember, I've been building/making things.  By the same token, I've been a daydreamer for an equal amount of time.

The collision of these two traits yields items that are snapshots in time and tell the story of materials on hand and being lost in thought.  As we've all heard before, "it's the thought that counts" but to me, it's the story behind the thought that matters most.  

I build railings, tables, furniture, household items and anything else that comes to mind. I weld, forge and shape steel.  I cut, mill and sand wood.  But above all, I enjoy making things that will be given to someone as a gift.
